The hotel was lovely.. the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Food was very tasty and the service and staff was very good.. the evening magic show and the live performances by the couple singing and playing the guitar was an excellent addition..the activities chart given to us during check in was a brilliant option and helped me planned my day for sightseeing..the gentleman managing the treks and activities was super helpful. The spa was good.. esp the lady who did the massage was excellent. My sr citizen mother enjoyed the experience and felt releif from her pain and aches. All in all, felt completely comfortable and at home, through our 2 night stay.. thankyou

Lovely clean rooms surrounded by beautiful gardens, it was so peaceful. Such amazing staff - so friendly and always happy to make local recommendations/support your activities. The quality restaurant and live music in the evening really made the stay special, we didn’t want to go anywhere else. Great spa treatments on offer with talented therapists ready to help you relax!!

I loved the room size and cleanliness.The bath rooms were clean and towels too.I loved the pool and the overall ambience of the hotel. The pool is very clean and made my trip very beautiful. The Coffee served at the hotel was always awesome

The atmosphere, the vibe, the cleanliness of the compound is amazing. You can have a plenty of after-dinner or early-morning walk within the lush green compund. There are some beautiful spots for taking great photos. Here they have domesticated rabbits as well; feeding them carrots is a next level experience. Breakfast was good with many options available.

Location, staff, food, room and the property in general. Mr. Ujjwal, Mr. Abhishek and the entire team were so warm and made us feel so special from check-in to check-out. They went out of the way to make us feel the Taj experience one more time and we can't ask anything more. The local site-seeing recommendations were so good too. Special call-out to Raunu and Phool too from the Restaurant area for taking care of us so well !!!

We called Gateway 1 day before to understand mode of reaching the property. Gowtham from Gateway Hotel took care of our pick up and drop well on time, our room was already ready when we reached the property. Gotham made sure our check in and even check out process go smoothly. Thank you Gateway hotel and Gowtham for comfortable stay and handling all requests smoothly. Property is indeed beautiful.

The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home …. Easily the highlight. That consistency was in every aspect of the hotel. Also liked the intimacy of the overall property of 29 rooms. The rooms themselves had been recently refurbished…were comfortable

The ambience , the raw habitat, the serenity, the staff and their attitude, the coziness , nestled in nature. You are.made to feel you are a guest in someone's home and everyone around wants you to be happy and comfortable. Everytime any member passes by wether gardener housekeeping staff or pantry staff or security or managerial personnel you are always greeted and for those few seconds you pass them you are the focus of their time although you may need nothing. It's formal and informal both at the same time. We loved the first 5 days and went onto extend by another 10 days because this place does not give you any reason to leave them and choose to go someplace else. You would love to continue as long as you possibly can.
